This project was successfully completed within an aggressive 5 month construction schedule. Our fuel system supports six 2.2 megawatt generators with two 25,000 gallon underground storage tanks, redundant pumps, redundant power supplies and redundant piping paths. All piping on the project is double contained. The fuel control system involves redundant PLC master and submaster PLC at each generator for a true 8N control system. Leak detectors have individual custom sequences based on the operating conditions of the generators. The project has a custom-assembled vacuum system to ensure much higher reliability and uptime than the standard components. Standard vacuum systems average a once per month callback. Ours average only one per two years. We have a number of standard installation practices that make for a much higher uptime than industry standard.
