This project consists of an 8,000 gallon underground tank serving three day tanks on the roof and one day tank in the basement. Because the day tank in the basement is physically below the underground tank, special emphasis was placed on the sizing, controls and testing of the return pump system. A Preferred Utilities system controls all of the day tank fill operations and monitors all of the leak detectors and transfers alarm information to the ALC control system.
