This project is a multi-use project encompassing a full city block in downtown San Francisco. The project has a complete fuel system and generator for the base building and a complete fuel system and generator for Bloomingdale’s department store. The project has a unique in-ground pumped fill station for a 6,000 gallon tank in the basement. Two independent Preferred Utilities duplex pumpsets serve the generators. The Preferred Utilities fuel cleaning system is in place and the Preferred Utilities diesel fire pump day tank was furnished complete with supply and return transfer pumps. For a time, this was the largest single project in San Francisco.
