This project consists of a retrofit to an existing 8,000 gallon tank that resides in a vault underground. The project involved adding three duplex pumpsets — two for supply and one for return and all of the fuel controls and leak detection required for two day tanks serving two new 1,000 kw generators. Preferred Utilities PLC-based touch screen fuel controls were applied. The project had extensive testing and commissioning requirements.
