This project consists of two 10,000 gallon underground tanks and two submersible pumps serving one day tanks for two emergency generators. There are two submersible pumps that serves another day tank for the three boilers. The project has an extensive Preferred Utilities PLC-based fuel management system that monitors and controls leak detection and fuel transfer, including the pumped return system. The PLC system has an extensive MODBUS interface to the BMS system. The project has individual custom control sequences for each leak detector, depending on its location. There is a Preferred Utilities cleaning system for each tank. The entire project is AB 2481 compliant.
