An almost identical template to Antioch, this project consists of two 20,000 gallon underground tanks and eight submersible pumps serving four day tanks for emergency generators and boilers. The project has an extensive Preferred Utilities PLC-based fuel management system that monitors and controls leak detection and fuel transfer, including the pumped return system. The PLC system has an extensive MODBUS interface to the BMS system. The project has individual custom control sequences for each leak detector, depending on its location. Completely redundant cleaning systems can be switched from one tank to the other for service. The entire project is AB 2481 compliant, with the vacuum monitoring information passed through modbus to the bms.
